We are the Gehlke family of Oakley, California, and this is our digital home on the Internet. We're glad you stopped by today and hope you will spend a few minutes with us as we share with you stories and photos of our varied hobbies and activities.
Oakley is a small suburb of about 32,000 people located 55 miles east of San Francisco. It sits along the terminus of the San Joaquin River in California's famous Delta region. We have called this area home since 1991. You can read more about Oakley on our Oakley.now Web site.
If you would like to learn more about us, we suggest you check out the featured links on the righthand side of this page. We post a regular family newsletter, usually between the 10th and the 20th of each month. We also have a photo gallery and personal pages where you can meet each of us and get to know a little more about our interests.

During the NFL regular season you can watch the action as Glenn and his brother Sean try to out-guess each other as to the outcome of gridiron action each week. Visit this area regularly during the NFL season to see how the Bros. are doing.
Watch as we try to change the color of our thumbs (and yard) from brown to green. We may not be able to offer smell-o-vision over the Internet yet, but you will almost be able to taste the bounty of our garden as the veggies spring from the ground and the fruits fall from the trees.
Whether you have a casual interest in trains or are a diehard railfan, this is the place for you. We offer information about the Burlington Northern Santa Fe's Stockton Subdivision that runs behind our home, as well as photos taken in town and on our various train-watching trips around California.
